This method is simple to operate, high production efficiency, and can make full use of the oil-wet characteristics of the pigment to achieve uniform dispersion of the pigment. However, the kneading method has high requirements for the selection of raw materials and the control of process parameters, otherwise the quality and stability of the masterbatch may be affected.
